AVALA Valuation Company

Our approach

A valuation process designed to withstand questions

AVAL organizes each engagement around four disciplines: a precise scope, evidence-led analysis, explicit review, and a useful final record.

01

Define the assignment

The engagement begins with the purpose, valuation date, subject interest, intended users, applicable standard of value, and expected deliverables. That definition controls what information is relevant and which methods can answer the question.

02

Build the analytical record

AVAL traces important inputs to source information, distinguishes facts from management assumptions, and documents the rationale for selected methods. Capital structure, transactions, forecasts, and market evidence are considered together rather than in isolated workstreams.

03

Review what could change the conclusion

Review focuses on internal consistency, material assumptions, reconciliation across methods, and whether the report says what the analysis actually supports. Sensitivity analysis is used where it helps the reader understand uncertainty; it is not a substitute for selecting a conclusion.

04

Deliver and preserve context

The report and supporting schedules state the valuation date, purpose, methods, assumptions, sources, conclusion, and limitations. Follow-up questions are addressed in the context of the agreed engagement rather than through unsupported assurances.

Bring the question into focus.

Share the purpose, date, and company context to begin a practical scope discussion.
